Hi there, today I am going to share with you some pictures of my city. As some of you know I live in Madrid, the capital of Spain. I love this city and I love taking pictures of its beauty. So I am going lo leave here a few pictures that I have been taking for the last months. I hope that you like it, and maybe you decide to visit Madrid. I am a photography lover but I am not a pro haha but I try to do my best.

A couple of days ago, this blog completed its first year of existence and I just wanted to thank the people that read it. I know that there are not a lot but if you are reading this now I want to thank you for taking your time to read what I share on here. I know that some of the things will be crappy things but I started this blog as a way out from my reality and I love writing something in here from time to time.
Again thank you to everyone that read at least one of my entries for the last year, and I will continue writing as often as I can.

Hi there! How are you doing?
Today I bring you a new outfit post, I did one a few months ago and recently I have bought a couple of things and I realized I love this outfit so much. It is mainly black and white. I love wearing black, grey and white. I think it's great for winter too... I just do not feel the same way wearing more lively colors.

Here are some of the pictures I took when I went to Barcelona a few weeks ago. I had never been before and I completely loved it! It is just perfect. I enjoyed every single moment I spent there. I only stayed for 3 days but it was more than enough.
So here are some pictures I took, enjoy it!

This past week I was going through a lack of inspiration kind of moment. I had a couple of cool posts ideas but the inspiration to accomplish them didn't come so yes, I was not inspired.
It may sound quite ironic but the lack of inspiration is what have inspired me to write this today.
Inspiration is something that has to come to you. You can not force it. Although it is also true that you can do certain things to help your mind get some ideas or sthg. So what I am going to talk about today is what do I do to get some inspiration.

First I like to relax and play some peaceful music. Then I usually have a cup of tea, right now I am OBSESSED with Yorkshire tea. It is delicious... After that I just lay in bed and clear my mind...

On the other hand, if I am not very busy I would usually go for a walk or even going to an art exposition or gallery is quite a good idea. There are a couple of places in Madrid that inspire me quite a lot. They are the Madrid down town. From Tribunal metro station to Sol, and also the area around El Barrio de Salamanca. But if I really want to look for ideas and at the same time go see some art I would go to El Matadero which is an art expositions area... It is quite cool and alternative, in comparison with the rest of museums.

And finally another idea that works quite well for me is to bake something. I quite enjoy baking cakes and cupcakes. So when I am feeling stressed it is a great idea to bake something. And if you are in the creative mood, go and decorate it, use your imagination and that way you will forget about everything for a couple of hours and your will definitely clear your mind completely...

So that is mainly everything I like to do when I am not feeling very inspired and my thoughts are blocked (if that makes any sense). It is a different kind of post I hope you liked it and to end this I leave you a song by Florence + the machine. This band is just great and it is perfect for the situation I just described. Holidays are over for me and today I had to go back to class... And back with the same old boring routine.

Today I decided that I wanted to talk about my favorite lipsticks. During fall and winter time I've noticed that I wear lipsticks all the time...

My favorite RED lipstick would be one from Sephora which is a cool red matte lipstick. I can say that it last a LOT. It is amazing. I love it so much.



My favorite DARK lipstick would be Diva by MAC. The name speaks for itself. It is again a very matte lipstick in a dark burgundy shade. It is perfect for the winter time.



My favorite PINK lipstick is more kind of a matte lip if you know what I mean. It is the L'Oreal Color Infalible 24h in the shade 701: captivated by cerise.


Lastly my favorite NUDE lipstick. I truly couldn't choose one. I think that velvet teddy by MAC is amazing but I do not love it on me... Then I like honeylove but I do not love it. I think that my favorite one is Taupe by MAC. I have not bought it yet. But I have tried it on a couple of times. I will purchase it very soon.
