3 DAYS IN BCN (VIDEO)

As some of you may know I was a few months ago in Barcelona, which is an amazing city in Spain.
While I was there I filmed some clips and after that I put them into a video and I thought that it was a good idea to share it with you.
I used the song Barcelona by George Ezra because it fits perfectly.
I filmed almost everything that I did or at least I filmed all the interesting places there haha. I am looking forward to go back as I completely fell in love with the beautiful Barcelona.
I hope you like the video.

THE SCRIPT: No sound without silence tour. Madrid 2015.

Hi there!! So this thursday I went to my very first The script concert. And I can only say It was bloody amazing. The show included two supporting acts.
The first one was Colton Avery, a guy from Phoenix, Arizona whose dream has come true by joining The Script's worldwide tour. I hadn't heard anything from him until the concert but his voice and his lyrics are quite good. I am looking forward to hear from him again soon. I really liked his songs called Murder and Only one.

The second supporting act was Tinie Tempah. I am sure you have heard of him before. This time he was accompanied by Dj Charlesy. Their show was quite good too. I really liked it. But my favorite song would have to be Written in The stars, which is his most famous song.

Then at 9:30h the Script came out to the stage in a way that I hadn't seen before. They were surrounded with green fluorescent lights while they walked through the audience. It was incredible. Then the show began in the most Irish way it could go with Paint the town green. They were amazing. I was very close to the stage so I could enjoy so much the concert. I had a great night. There were some amazing performances. My personal favorite ones were The man who can't be moved, Man on a Wire, Breakeven, No good in goodbye and Paint the town green.

The man who can't be moved and Breakeven are their two classic songs and they are definitely among my favorites. Then I believe that Man on a Wire and No good in Goodbye are both so well written and the melody is so great that it made me love them so much. And finally Paint the town green was just great. The energy that this song gives me every time I listen to it is indescribable.
Moreover, at the end of the concert when they threw their plectrums to the audience one of them hit me in the nose and I got it haha. It is the perfect souvenir from the concert.

To sum up, The concert was great. I had one of the best nights ever surrounded by friends and good quality music. What more could I ask for?

And If you hadn't heard of the Script before you can check them on their spotify:

I hope you enjoy this post telling you about my experience at the concert and I will see you very soon!

Music that shoud never fall into oblivion

As your may now I am a music lover. Music is mostly everything to me. I enjoy listening music from a lot of different styles and genres.
So today I thought I would share with you some music from the last century that I think that are so amazing that every single one should listen to them at least once...
I am sure than most of the songs I am going to talk about are not new to you but I want to share them anyway.

Songbird by Fleetwood Mac is great. This song is so chilled and relaxed. I enjoy quite much listening to it from time to time.

Ring of fire by Johnny Cash. Everyone knows Johnny Cash and this song is just amazing. It gives me extra energy every time I listen to it and I think is genius.

When It comes to Marvin Gaye, it is impossible to choose only one song. The best ones are Let's get it on, Ain't no mountain high enough, and my personal favorite Sexual Healing.

I put a Spell on You,  Annie Lennox version  is bloody amazing. I have known it for a while now and I am glad that now everyone that didn't know about it is listening to it thanks to Fifty shades of grey. It is a song with so much power and fierce. I love it so much.

I am sure that everyone has heard this song once at least once. California Dreamin' by The Mamas and The Papas is such an awesome song. It makes me happy and joyful.

James Taylor is such an important musician. His songs mean so much and the melodies are so genius. The best songs are You've got a friend, Carolina in my mind and my favorite Fire and Rain.

The Locomotion by Little Eva. I love this song and every time I listen to it I just want to dance and have a great time.

Everyone knows how great and perfect Whitney Houston was. She was so important to many people and she will never be forgotten. My favorite songs and not necessarily the best ones are How Will I know, Saving all my Love for you, and my ultimate favorite I have nothing.

Fever by Peggy Lee is aaaaaamazing. (I feel like I'm running out of adjectives to say how amazing songs are)

These are just some songs that come to my mind now. But obviously there are a looot more that are just incredibly awesome. I could be writing for hours if I wanted too... Maybe in a couple of months I can write another post with some more great music. I still have to talk about Etta James, Aretha Franklin, Ray Charles, Chuck Berry, Rod Stewart, The Rolling Stone, The Beatles, Nirvana...

I hope you enjoyed this post. I love sharing the music I like with everyone and I truly believe that this artists and songs should be heard by everyone.

TOP 3: Musical TV Shows

Hello there, how's everything going?
I hope everything is going fine. I'm sorry that i haven't been here lately but i have been very busy with homework exams and other university issues so i couldn't find time to write about something that I would actually like to upload.

So today, I wanted to share with you which TV shows I am currently enjoying the most. I love watching TV series and sitcoms but there are a couple of them that I am really enjoying lately. And I have decided that today I will share with you my 3 favourite musical TV shows.

Credits to Tumblr

A few weeks ago Nashville started again and I am so happy and excited to see it every week. I truly recommend it.
At the beggining this tv series focus on the rivalry of Rayna James (queen of country music) and Juliette Barnes (country teen idol), but as the series goes on, it  follows the lives of country music musicians.
I love this show and my favourite characters are Rayna's daughters. They sing like angels. Moreover the soundtrack of this series is amazing.

Then another tv show that I have been enjoying quite much is Glee. I am kind of sad because it is coming to and end but I have always liked it. I am not gonna lie, there are some episodes that are quite boring but these past two episodes have been great. I am loving the way the TV show is going right now.
The series is focussed on a highschool in Ohio where some excluded teenagers decided to take part of the glee club to compete on the show choir competition.
What I love the most about the show is how they deal with taboo topics, such as sexuality or social issues.

Finally lately I can not stop watching the voice, UK edition and US edition too. I love the format of the TV show. And I think it is great. Right now I am watching the 4th season of the Voice (UK) and the 6th season of the Voice (US). I can not stop watching episode after episode. From the UK one I love Will.I.am and he is my favourite coach while in the US one I love Adam Levine more than anything.

I love music and this kind of TV shows are one of my favourites. I hope you liked this kind of post. I know it is quite different but I hope you enjoyed it. If you did you can share it and maybe follow me on twitter and Instagram.

Happiness

Lately I have been wondering quite a lot about my current emotional situation and I can tell that I have a big mess up there. It has come to a time where some of your friends are in happy relationships and the ones that are not have an extremely odd and easy way to find their little piece of happiness. However, the only thing I can tell you right now about myself is that I am not happy.
So this is  a ramdom post that I did not have planned at all, but I felt like writing something and I thought it would be a good idea to give my imagination a try and writing it in my blog was the best option.
So yes, I am not happy.
Happiness is that feeling that every single person in the world deserve and not everyone gets. There are some kind of people (whose I envy to death) that find happiness in very small things. They are happy with almost nothing. And here I am not talking about material things. I mean that they are able to be happy just by seeing someone smile or by speaking to some friends. For me that kind of happiness is not enough because it is something fleeting. It ends when I arrive home.
I honestly believe that people that are happy at home when they are not surounded by friends are the ones that are truly happy and joyful. I completely desire this feeling. I want to be happy when I am at home and I want to be a cheerful person all the time.
And lately I can tell that I am "less happy" than before and I have noticed that because of the music I listen.
A few years ago I listened to upbeat and lively music most of the time (and some ballads too haha), eventhough there were some times when my music taste was kind of weird... Anyway the music that I have been listening lately (which by the way I LOVE) I have to admit that sometimes is quite sad and depressing. Maybe the main  reason to my current feelings is that I am in a very tough year where I have to take so many important choices about my future. And I truly hope is that because in this way it will end soon. Maybe another reason to my music taste change might be that I am growing up and that is the reason to my kind of more serious taste.
In any case, to end this random and quite stupid post I will link you one of my favorite songs at the moment. Is is called "All in my head" by Tori Kelly and is a great song where she asked herself if everything that she thought that was going on was real or It was all in her head. It describe very good my state of mind so enjoy it!!! (I prefer the acoustic version so I looked for that)

Opening my heart to you

As I told you in my first post I can not live without music. I love singing and listening to it! So, last christmas I was having one of those days in which you start asking yourself questions such as: Who am I? or What's next? And I felt like writing a song, this is my very first song ever written and I think it describes certain moments of my life. I consider it quite sincere and honest.
It has no music, it's only the lyrics but I am working on adding the music asap.
So here it is and I hope you enjoy it!

Standing by the fire
Thinking what I did wrong
Digging into my deepest thoughts
I realized what a liar I’ve become
All this time pretending I was happy
When I was all alone

Now I’m sick of trying to smile
When all I want to do is cry
I’ve said enough goodbyes
And pretended I was fine

Where were the people I used to love
When I needed them the most?
Where are the friends I used to know
when I need someone to talk?
Now I’m all alone
All Alone…

All alone

PS: It is not finished yet.
Anyway, thanks for reading ^^
