November Favorites

Today I bring you my November Favorites. It is going to be a quite random and short post as I am busy with exams and I do not have a lot of time.

Credits to Tumblr

-Make up: I have been loving dark lipsticks this november, such as DIVA by MAC or 914 by KIKO. Those two are just amazing. Also I have been loving a dark and shimmery eye shadow by MAC called Heritage Rouge. It fits perfectly with DIVA and I've been using it quite a lot!

-TV Series/Show: I have been loving The X factor (I am literally addicted to it). And It has come to a moment in the competition when you don't want anyone to go home... And I can not choose a favorite act. But I must say that Andrea's voice is stunning, but I also love Lauren and Fleur, and Ben... I can not pick one haha. On the other hand the tv series that I have been enjoying quite a lot are The Vampire Diaries and Nashville.

-Music: I have been loving Ed Sheeran's Thinking Out loud, One direction's 18 (written by Ed), Night Changes and Stockholm Syndrome, Taylor Swift's Blank Space and my favorite one from this month is definitely Missed by Ella Henderson.

-Youtube: I  am quite addicted to youtube videos and there are quite a few that I love to watch every week. But there is one that lately I've been loving. It is Will Darbyshire channel. Every video that he uploads describes exactly how I feel. Moreover, the production and the videos are just beautiful and I love his way of thinking.

So that is everything I have for today. I hope you enjoyed this short post. See you very soon and thanks for reading.

Multiply Tour: Ed Sheeran Concert (25th November, Madrid)

Today is Thursday and as I told you in my last entry this is a very special post to me. On Tuesday I attended to Ed Sheeran concert here in Madrid and I can not even describe how amazing it was.
It was the best concert I have ever been to in my entire life. And I am not overreacting. It is just simply awesome how only one person can fill the stage the way Ed does.

On Tuesday I went to university at 8:30 in the morning and I was so nervous because of the concert later that evening that I got out of class as I thought I had to go to the venue to queue in order to have a good place to see him. I arrived there at 11 o'clock in the morning and I was waiting in line for almost 5 hours when I don't know why everyone started to run and we had to wait for 2 hours standing when it was raining quite a lot and we got very very wet (when I got out of the concert after 3 hours I was still wet). At 6:30 in the afternoon they opened the gates and everybody forgot everything because something magic was about to happen.

The first act was Jamie Lawson, I didn't know anything about him but from what I saw the other day he seemed a very good guy besides being a very talented man. I will definitely listen more of his music very soon.

Then the following act was Saint Raymond. I didn't know him either but his music was AMAZING, I really loved it. Just when I got home I went and listen to his Debut EP and it is great. My favorite song is I Want You. After the concert I had the chance to meet him and have a picture and a little chat with him and he is truly a very lovely young man.

After those two great performances the moment we all were waiting for arrived, and Ed Sheeran came into the stage to play.

I loved every second of it. I already had watched online a concert of him (the Itunes festival) and It was even better to see him live. It was one of the best nights I've ever had. It was incredible. He is such a lovely guy... The audience was perfect too and everyone was singing and having a wicked time.

My favorite moments of the night were:
- Tenerife Sea performance as Tenerife is an island from Spain and he said that he wrote a song about our country (and obviously my heart melted a little bit!)
- Give me love was unbelievable.
- Thinking out Loud was nothing but perfect.
- I loved the moment when everyone was dancing with Bloodstream.
- You need me, I don't need you was insane too.

But what I liked the most was the fact that he did everything by himself. He recorded the  melody base, the background vocals, the percussion and he sang and played the guitar at the same time astonishingly. Ed is everything I aspire to be in this life, because besides his undeniable talent he is one of the best human beings ever.

I attended to the concert with my sister, my cousin and some friends, but due to the lack of organisation they had to divide the queue and they divided us too. But I ended being with a friend of mine, called Aisha (and she has a blog too, go check it out), my sister and my cousin.

PS: here is the setlist of the concert:
  1. I'm a Mess.
  2. Lego House.
  3. Don't/Nina/No Diggity/Loyal.
  4. Drunk.
  5. Take it Back/Superstition (Stevie Wonder's cover)
  6. One/Photograph.
  7. Bloodstream.
  8. Tenerife sea.
  9. Runaway/Everybody (Backstreet boys)
  10. Señorita (JT's cover)/Friends.
  11. Kiss me/ U.N.I./This.
  12. I see fire.
  13. Thinking Out Loud.
  14. The A Team.
  15. Give me Love.
  16. You need me I don't need you.
  17. Sing.

Thanks for reading see you soon!

OUTFIT: Fall and Winter Season

Hi there!
Today I bring you an outfit that has turned out to be one of my faves for this fall/winter season. I completely love it! And as it has been being a busy week and not a very good one (which is the main reason why I could not upload anything on Thursday) I decided to show you this.

Almost everything that I am wearing here is from Zara (as it is my favorite shop). My shirt, my booties, the coat and the black leggings are from Zara, then the bag is from Parfois and the scarf I can not remember where is it from as it was given to me as a gift.

For make-up I am wearing the lipstick number 913 by Kiko and for eye shadow I used the Naked basics palette and the Heritage Rouge eyeshadow by MAC.
I hope you did like this short post and I will see you very soon.

PS: My next post will be a very special one. Everything I can say is that it is music related!

Thanks again for reading!

WWAT: One Direction Experience

Hello there!
The reason why I didn't write any post yesterday was because I am quite busy with exams and it was impossible for me to be able to find some time to do it.
However, today I thought that it was the perfect date to upload this.
If you are a directioner or you just like celebrities including One Direction you might have notice that today, Monday 17th of November the One Direction new album 'Four' was released!
I have already listened to it on Spotify and tomorrow I will go buy the Deluxe CD at the stores.
But what I really wanted to talk about today was about one of the best experiences I have every lived.
Past July the Where We Are Tour came to Madrid. The days 10th and 11th of July One Direction played at Vicente Calderón Stadium and I was lucky enough to attend both concerts.
When the tickets came out more than one year ago I bought they without thinking about it twice!!
So when the date was closer I thought that it was a good idea to take turns with other people in order to be closer to them the day of the concert. I only did it 2 days before the concert. And I have to tell you that it may seem quite boring but there I got to meet a loooot of directioners and I had a great time.
Finally when the day arrived it was awesome I was very very close to them and I had one of the bestest nights of my life. I also got to see 5SOS and they were incredible. I wasn't a massive fan of them until the moment I saw them live! These are some pics I took:

This one is definitely my favorite one!

The next morning when I thought it was over my sister got us some free tickets to go see them again live and again it was a dream came true. I was further than the day before but I got to enjoy more the music rather than seeing them (as I did perfectly the 10th of July). And here are the pics from the 11th of July:

Those too (above and below) are my favorite ones from the second day!

So that is everything, sorry if the quality of the pictures is not perfect. Every picture attached here is mine and I do not take credit for anyone pictures or anything.
I hope you enjoyed this post as it is a very special one for me! It was one of the bes experiences I have ever lived and uploading today is special too.
So if you did like it you can share it or something. See you on Thursday (I hope) !!!!

WHAT'S IN MY BAG: University Edition

Hello people from the internet!
Today I bring you a different kind of post. I thought that it would be quite interesting to write about what do I bring to university everyday.

First of all the bags that I take to college are those too. The black one is from Zara and the brown one is from Nice Things.

My lips are very dry most of the time and now that the weather is getting cooler even more. So I have to bring some lip balms with me. Those are the ones that I use the most. If i feel like adding a bit of color to my lips I would use the Baby Lips ones by Maybelline. The ones that I own are Strike a Rose (black one) and Berry Soft which belongs to Dr. Rescue collection. Those too are great. But If I am just looking to moisturize my lips I would go with the EOS lip balms, those are Strawberry Sorbet and Sweet Mint. On the other hand If I am looking for a more effective lip balm I will use one that actually repairs my lips, and the one that I have been using is URIAGE Bariéderm Lèvres (Baume isolant réparateur apaisant)
Also, Some days I take with me the Soap and Glory HAND MAID hand cleansing Gel so I keep my hands clean all the time.

Then, as I have to take notes and write things I bring my pencil-case from Bimba y Lola. Besides, I like to be organized and have most of my homework and assignments written down, so I must have a diary. And there I plan my week although most of the time I do not accomplish everything I planned haha.

I also take my wallet (primark) with me, a folder, a calculator and in these rainy days I bring my umbrella with me too, this one is from IKEA.

And last but not least I bring my phone with some portable chargers and my Laptop to take notes or to look for anything I might need.

So that is everything I take with me to my classes. I hope you enjoyed this kind of post. I think is  quite interesting. From  now on I will try to upload a post on Sundays and another one on Thursdays. As I told you I will TRY.
Thanks for reading my blog and If you liked it you can share it and maybe follow me on Twitter and Instagram

See you soon!

New Music Favorites

It seems that my post are all about my favorite things, but today I chose to write a short post telling you about my current music obsessions.

First of all I have been LOVING Ed Sheeran 'X' album. It is nothing but perfect. I can not choose only one song in the album to be my favorite one. But I can tell that the ones that I like the most probably are 'One', 'Thinking out loud', 'Afire Love' and 'Photograph'. Besides, in no more than 2 weeks I am going to see him live!!!!!!!! I am so so so excited about it... The 25th of November Ed will be playing at the Barclays Center here in Madrid and I could not miss it! (I will tell you everything about it after the concert).

Next, another person that I have been listening on repeat is Sam Smith. I just think that 'In the Lonely hour' is quite of a master piece. I do not know when he is coming to Spain but I will start to save money very soon just in case... My favorite Sam Smith's songs are 'I'm not the only one', 'Stay with me', 'Lay me down' and 'Leave your lover'.

And my new discovery is Ben Howard. I hadn't heard anything of him till a week ago or so. He is a British singer/songwriter and he is quite stunning. His music is quite indie folk kind of music. And it has a vibe that I have been loving lately. My favorite songs of him are probably 'I Forget where we were' and 'Only Love'.

It's been all about boys lately haha. Well there are maaaaaany other artists that I also have been listening on repeat lately. Such as Hozier (Take me to church), Meghan Trainor (Dear future husband), Kodaline (All I want, High hopes) or even Taylor Swift new album. (Blank Space).

To listen most of the songs I mentioned I created a playlist in Spotify called November 14 and you can check it out if you want to.

November 14

And here I am adding my current favorite songs :

Thank you very much for reading and I will see you very very soon.

TOP 3: CURRENT MAKE UP FAVORITES

Hi! It's me, Nuria... and I am alive! haha
It's been 3 weeks since my last post and I am so so sorry about it.  It has been a very busy time!! University takes a lot of my free time with homework, assignments, exams... And when I did find time to write something I ended not liking the post so I didn't see the point of uploading something I didn't like. So sorry again...
Btw this is the first post I do with 18 years! FINALLY!

Today I wanted to share with you my TOP 3: CURRENT MAKE UP FAVORITES:

1. LIPS: For my lips I have been using very dark and mattes lipstick lately because I am very keen on this colors during these months of the year. So my favorite lipsticks right now are Diva by MAC and one from Sephora (Nº 20, 4105A).

2. EYES: These last week I have been loving this stick eye-shadow. They are quite matte and the texture is kind of creamy. It blends very nicely and the colors are definitely quite suitable for fall. They are from Astor and I got the colors: 120 CHIC NUDE and 630 VELVET BURGUNDY.

3. FACE: So two weeks ago I decided that I would purchase a good foundation, so I went to MAC and I was trying all the foundations that they sell and when I tried the Studio Fix Foundation I instantly fell in love with it. It blends perfectly and It matches very good my skin type and color. Mine is in the shade NW20. For sure that I will repurchase it again when I run out of it.

So that was everything for today! I will try to post again as soon as possible.
Thanks for reading!
